  Local (Singapore) Order Procedures  
 

  Step 1 - Send us your order
Simply fill in our web form above and we will get back to you shortly.

  Step 2 - Verify your order invoice and reply us
We will send you your invoice displaying all the order particulars and the amount required to pay. Please verify that the order particulars and the total amount is correct and reply us with your confirmation message and your desired method of payment. We accept bank transfer or Paypal. We will proceed with preparation of your order and we will keep you informed.

 
    Minimum order
For local orders, there will be a minimum order of 70 USD or 100 SGD.

    Duration for order preparation
Once payments were received, we will proceed with preparation of your order. Your order will take about 1 week to prepare depending on your ordered items and our delivery schedule. Once your order is ready, we will notify you.

We will notify and arrange a convenient time and date at the places listed below for collection of order.

  International Order Procedures  
 

  Step 1 - Send us your order
Simply fill in our web form above and we will get back to you shortly. Customers are advice to order during the warmer months or place advance order and request for orders to be sent during the warmer months.

  Step 2 - Import permits from Agriculture department
Many countries requires import permit for life plants. Please seek information on importing permits with your their agriculture department to ensure a safe import. You can also consult nurseries within your countries that deals with overseas imports.

  Step 3 - Verify your order invoice and reply us
We will send you an invoice displaying all the order particulars and the amount you are required to pay. Please verify that the order particulars and the total amount is correct and reply us with your confirmation message. We accept only Credit Card payment through Paypal or Paypal fund transfer. We will send you a Paypal fund request after your confirmation. We will proceed with preparation of your order and we will keep you informed.

  Step 4 - Make payments with Paypal
We will send a Paypal Fund Request E-mail where you can make a safe payment with your credit card or Paypal Funds. Please see payment methods to find out more.

 
 

  Minimum order
For overseas order, there will be a minimum of 100 USD. For bulk discounts, please see Privileges and incentives to find out more.

 
    Duration for order preparation
Once payments were received, we will proceed with preparation of your order. Your orders may take 2 - 3 weeks time depending on your order items and our schedule. Once your order is ready, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  Paypal fund transfer with Credit Card
We will send a Paypal Funds Request webpage to our customer's e-mail where they can include their credit card details and make payments. Paypal accepts a variety of credit cards.

  Paypal fund transfer with Account Funds
We will send a Paypal Funds Request webpage to our customer's e-mail where funds can be transferred from customer's existing account to our Paypal account, webmaster@asiaticgreen.com.

  Export Documents  
 

  CITIES-Phytosanitary inspection and certification
We export all plant products with CITIES-phytosanitary certificates issued by our local agriculture department. The certificates will be sent together within the parcel. Out CITIES-Phytosanitary cert includes all CITIES Appendix 2 items.

  CITIES certification
For all exports that deal with plants listed in the CITIES Appendix 1 Items will require a CITIES certificate. The certificates will be sent together with the parcel.

  Delivery methods  
 

  Delivery Method 1- Express post
By default, all orders that include life plants will be delivered by express post unless instructed not to. The postage is dependant by weight and the charges vary from country to country.

  Delivery Method 2- Normal post
We will send by normal post only when there are no perishables in your order or unless instructed to do so.

  Changes in methods of delivery
If there is any changes in the delivery methods, please informed us 3 days in advance. We charge a process fee of 3 USD on top of the necessary charges that comes with the delivery method. There will not be any refund for the postage and packaging charges once payment was made.

 
     
     
  Packaging  
 

  Packaging for Export
All orders will be carefully packed in either boxes or post envelops depending on the size of the item.

For life stocks such as plants, roots will be wrapped in sphagnum moss and if necessary placed in a zip lock bag to retain humidity.

Parcel will arrive from 4 - 7 days depending on country.

Note: + Estimated delivery - Day 1 being the working day after the date of despatch to overseas. All items can be subjected to customs clearance, delays in destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches, which may require additional days.

  CITIES-Phytosanitary and Fumigation Certificates
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 10 items or less = 15 USD
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 11 - 20 items = 30 USD
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 21 items or more = 40 USD
Fumigation Certificates= 12USD (Optional)

  CITIES Export/Re-export Certification
9 USD per species, minimum 5 species.

  Process fee for changes in delivery method
3 USD process fee + additional postage charges (Not compulsory)

  Loyal Customer
We appreciate our customer's loyal support and we will provide our customers with special privileges and incentives which include discounts, annual greeting cards and entries to special draws.

  Purchasing in bulk, enjoy discounts
We recommend our customers to order in bulk as they will receive more discounts and have a more reasonable packaging and delivery charges.

      200 USD - 500 USD receives 5% discount
     
501 USD - 999 USD receives 10% discount
   
  1000 USD or more receives 10% discount with
      free phyto certificate

 
     
     
  Replacements  
 

  Damaged items
Sometimes due to a bumpy ride, items may receive some Impact. If the items are deemed unacceptable by us, we will replace the damaged items with new ones free of charge if conditions are met.. We would require our customers to take photos of the damages and send it to us within 24hrs upon receiving. Please see Replacement Procedure below.

  Wrong items
Wrong items rarely appear in your order but when that happens, please inform us and we will send you the correct replacements, customers are not required to return the wrong items. Please see Replacement Procedure below.
